Hello, I’m Lou Mayé, founder and thought partner at Strategic Leadership iQ.
I'm an engineer by background, and though I've kept the structured, analytical mindset I treasure, that's not what defines me most.
What truly drives me is exploring the edges between the known and the mysterious. My curiosity gravitates toward psychology, mastery of the mind, the nature of reality, and the experience of the divine.
My greatest accomplishment is being a disciple of Mataji Shaktiananda and a Kriya yoga practitioner. My deepest joy is being aunt to Chloé, Quim, Niko, Emma, Luna, Junior, and Lucky.
I'm neurodivergent, introverted, and highly empathetic. One of my neurodivergent superpowers is spotting insights and picking up on what’s invisible or subtle, things others might easily miss.
Oh, and I'm also a certified ThetaHealing® practitioner and skilled in Body Code and Journeying.
